This residence was originally a one-story bungalow. The existing stone foundations and chimney were retained as a second floor with two bedrooms and two baths was added. The open first floor plan was renovated for Family, Kitchen and Dining space. The attic was finished as a surplus In-home Office or Den complying with zoning restrictions while maximizing useable floor area. Large windows take in the lake view from the Master Bedroom, Hallway and Den.

Located in the hills of Morris County on scenic Lake Valhalla, this second floor addition provided an expanded Master Bedroom Suite over a new two-car garage. The attic loft provided space for the owner�fs extended family to visit.

The project was heated with radiant floor tubing throughout.

The firm provided design consulting services in the development of Stonegate Condominiums. The firm was responsible for the architectural designs of the exteriors of these units. The use of brick and stucco provided an appearance of solidity and tradition.

Originally build as a one story bungalow, the owners requested a Cape with some distinction. The roof pitch was increased and a four bedroom house was created. The first floor plan is a modified center hall colonial which terminates at a new Family Room. The main stair is off the central hall but leading to the Family Room.
